ORDINANCE NO. NS-XXXX <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />CHANGING AND ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARY LINES <br />OF THE WARDS OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND <br />REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. NS -2826 <br />WHEREAS, heretofore, on May 1, 2018, the City Council by its Resolution 2018- <br />032, declared its intention to change the boundary lines of the Wards in the City of <br />Santa Ana, which said Resolution was regularly published as required by Section 101.4 <br />of the Charter of the City of Santa Ana and gave notice of public hearings to be held on <br />May 1, May 3, May 15, May 19 and June 5, 2018; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: That the boundaries of the wards of the City of Santa Ana are hereby <br />changed and established as set forth on the map attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference as Exhibit 1. <br />Section 2: That the Clerk of the Council shall cause a map diagram showing the <br />new boundary lines of each and every ward to be published in the Orange County <br />Register not less than thirty (30) days prior to the general municipal election. <br />ADOPTED this day of 12018 <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />0 <br />Sonia R.
