INSURANCE ON FILE A-2018-088 <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />v. <br />-dLTRK3CiF7'0 RE-- <br />DATE, <br />MAY 10 2018 <br />C /6ta C SECOND AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />TO PREPARE JAIL RE-IUSE PLANAND FEADS <br />C�Qr'rc, I I—MLITY I—STUDY <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on April 3, 2018 by and between <br />Vaair Construction Management, Inc., a California corporation ("Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter <br />city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California <br />("City„). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement PPA -2017-069, dated April 4, 2017 ("Agreement"), by which Consultant <br />agreed to provide a Re -fisc Plan and Feasibility Study for the Santa Ana Jail, The term of the, Agreement is <br />front April 5, 2017 through April 4, 2018, and the Agreement remains in effect. <br />M On July 13, 2017, the parties entered into a First Amendment to the Agreement # A-2017-069-01, to expand <br />the scope of services and revise, but not increase the total amount to be expended under the terms of the <br />Agreement. <br />C. The parties wish to amend the Agreement to adjust the term of the Agreement to provide the Consultant <br />additional time to complete the services. <br />The parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 4, TERM, is amended to continue services for the Agreement, front April 4, 2018 until July 31, 2018, <br />2, Except as modified by this Second Amendment, and the First Amendment to the Agreement, all terms and <br />conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Second Amendment to the Agreement on the <br />date and year first written above. <br />ATTEST <br />MAMA D.
