If a permit has been erroneously issued, 100% of the permit and plan check fee may be refunded. If a plan check fee has been paid and the plan is withdrawn by the applicant prior to the plan check, refunds of plan check fees may be made to the permittee in an amount equal to 1001% of the plan check fee in excess of $46.27 paid.
