Executive Summary Dave Black, representing Citrus Springs Charter School, is requesting approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 2018-01 to allow the operation of a K-12 School located at 2121 North Grand Avenue. Staff is recommending approval of the applicant's request due to the community benefits of a K- 12 school, the operator's history of compliance with City codes, and regulations that will require the facility to continue to operate as a school.
