The Consultant shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for amployment because of <br />moo, color, religion, sex, of national digin. The Consultant shall comply with all provisions of Sxmidivo Order 11246 of September 24,1465, <br />and ofthc M10% regulatlans, and relevant orders of ilia Secretary of Labor. <br />5. Tiro Consultant shalt furnish all hnfo mation and reports required by Executive Order 11246 of <br />September 24, 1965, and by rules, regulations, and orders of the Secretary of Labor, or pursuant <br />thoroto, cid will permit access to histhor books, records, and accounta by the administritig agency <br />and the Secretary of Lahor for purposes of investigation, to ascertain compliance with such rules, <br />regulations, and orders. <br />6.
