<br />to rehabilitating pavement structures of deteriorated streets. Design specifications have been tested
<br />and refined for various processes using methods and materials proven to be economical and effective
<br />In their application. Through our roles as city engineer for various agencies, W!Ildan receives Important
<br />feedback regarding the most efficient construction materials and methods to implement for each type of
<br />condition encountered, actual performance of each different rehabilitation method over extended peri-
<br />ods — what is sustainable, and field conditions discovered during construction that warrant special con-

<br />studies (site evaluation/grading/earthwork), project study and project reports, final design plans and
