ri <br />City of Santa Ana j <br />Project Team <br />Project Manager <br />Mr. Tyrone Peter, PE will serve as Project Manager and be responsible for delivery of services In accord- <br />anoe with the established scope of services for projects awarded under this on-call contract. Mr. Peter pos- <br />sesses a strong work ethic and leadership skills that enable him to provide clear priorities and direction in <br />project delivery. Using his ability to assess his staff's strengths, Mr. Peter positions his team members <br />where they can be most successful. He uses his collaborative nature to build and maintain consensus <br />among a variety of stakeholders to the benefit of project delivery. During his career, Mr. Peter has served as <br />Project Manager, Civil Engineering Task Leader, Supervising Engineer, Senior Engineer, Design Engineer, <br />and Designer for over 200 street improvement projects with design contracts ranging from $5,000 to $2.9 r <br />million. I <br />Mr. Peter develops trusting partnerships with project stakeholders through open and honest communication. <br />lie will work closely and collaboratively with the City's project representatives to determine optimal use of <br />'; <br />Wiildan's project team. Willdan ensures all suhconsultants provide the <br />)h' <br />same caliber of performance that Willdan provides by holding our subconsultants accountable to Wilidan's <br />high standards of performance, scheduling, and budgetary controls. Under the direction of a California-Ilcensed land sur- <br />veyor, the staff at AeroTech provides comprehensive services to meet client mapping needs. They plan the <br />aerial control layouts, flight coverage, Imagery acquisition, photogrammetro mapping, and CAD editing. <br />AeroTech's survey crows set and survey the aerial control network and provide site-speoific surveys.
