Meet with worksite supervisors to evaluate WEX youth's work <br />performance and distribute evaluations (Attachment 1) <br />G. Meet with WEX youth to evaluate the worksite and make plan <br />for developing job skills when necessary <br />H. Assist with job placement at conclusion of WEX training. <br />I. Educate WEX youth on health and safety and make safety plan <br />in case of injury. <br />WEX Youth Roles and Responsibilities: <br />A. <br />Be willing to commit to learning and working hard <br />B. <br />Be willing to follow work hours, instructions, work policies and <br />rules <br />C. <br />Keep accurate timesheets and submit timesheet to the <br />OCCTAC Youth Employment Program office at the end of each <br />month. (Attachment A) <br />D. <br />Immediately report any work related incidents to both the <br />worksite supervisor and the OCCTAC staff <br />E. <br />Communicate any inappropriate behavior of work related <br />issues to OCCTAC staff <br />F. <br />The WEX youth agrees to call the worksite supervisor. a <br />minimum of two hours before his/her shift begins if unable to. <br />report to work. <br />G. <br />The WEX youth is required to stay in his/her assigned <br />placement for a period of 2-3 months. After a period of three <br />months, if the WEX youth chooses to continue at the worksite <br />he/she may do so with the approval of the work site supervisor <br />and OCCTAC staff. If participation is extended additional duties <br />and opportunities to acquire new skills should be included, in <br />order, to further enrich the WEX youth's experience at <br />worksite. <br />H.
