CA 92705 <br />David Sloan, PE, Director of Engineering for TAIT will serve as on Atternate/Deputy Project Manager for the <br />City's projects., David's career has been rooted exclusively In the public sector. His background and experience <br />with local federally funded public works projects, especially roadway Improvements, will be Invaluable to the <br />city. <br />Mr. D. Todd Schmieder, PE, QS0/P will act as TAIrs QA/QC Manager for this contract. Todd will also act as the <br />Alternate Project Manager should It be deemed necessary based on the project's specific requirements. Todd, <br />who currently serves as the County of Orange plan check manager for TAIT, has 38 Years of experience In a <br />variety cif.public works projects. He Is also a certified QSQ/P and Is the best candidate to review the design <br />documents for the City to ensure they are to the standards required and free of error prior to submittal to the <br />City. Mr. Schmieder's broad background ranges from planning and design of the Orange County Toll Roads to <br />preparing construction documents to Orange County' new Animal Care Facility In Tustin. <br />In addition to the noted Key Staff, TAIT boasts a wide array. of 150 associates Including Engineers, Architects, <br />Surveyors, Storm Water Practitioners, Geologists, Contractor%and quality design engineers. The City can be <br />assured that the necessary support and availability of staff will be provided on each contract that Is assigned to <br />us. For our as-ne.eded sub -consultants, we've teamed with tried and true partners who have worked with TAIT <br />on numerous projects. TJW offers thorough- Traffic Engineering services, LAE provides Federal Funding <br />assistance, BTL performs precise Potholing and other subsurface Investigations, GMU supplies expert <br />geatechrilcal services, and AN Is our experienced Landscape Architecture consultant. <br />Scope of Work, It Is understood that this engineering proposal Is for an on -call contract that Includes potential <br />design services Including street improvements, traffic engineering, storm drain Improvements, sewer, water and <br />wastewater improvements, as well as plan checks of the above -mentioned, and other engineering services <br />associated with.municipal public works. TAITs noted diverse staffing and background In multifaceted projects <br />are Ideally suited for the Citys wide range of anticipated needs and projects. Upon Issuance of an RFP,.
