<br />the protection of existing ground -water monitoring wells and grading design

<br />for the Tentative Tract and Parcel Maps, Site: Development Plan, on and off -site
<br />Street Improvements, Water Quality, HydrologV,,Storm Drain, Rough Grading,
<br />and Precise Grading Plans. Off -site Street improvement Plans Included
<br />relocation of traffic signals, roadwayw!denIng, new signing and $trIping,
<br />addition of ADA ramps, bus tum-outs, and horse trails, and development of I
<br />mile of unpaved rural dirt road,

<br />Chris was the Assistant Project Manager and Engineer for this 700 acre Master -
<br />Planned residential community in Riverside County. This project Included
<br />Tentative Maps, Phasing Exhibits, Street Improvements, Water Quality,
<br />Hydrology, Storm Drain, Rough Grading, Precise Grading, and Traffic Studies.
<br />Chris was responsible for Street Improvement, Rough Grading, Storm Drain, and
<br />Phasing of this project. Street Improvement plans Included the development of
<br />20 miles of now roadway along with signing, stripping and sIgnalization.

<br />Chris was the Assistant Project Manager and Engineer for this 15 acre high
<br />density residential development. This project included on-sIte Street, Utility,

<br />Street, Sewer, Water, Grading and Storm Drain design.
