CAPITAL FUNDS <br />PURPOSE: This funding source is made available by the State of California, Department of Parks and Recreation. This <br />competitive grant program was established under the Transportation Equity Act for the 21 st Century and <br />provides funds annually for recreational trails and trail -related projects.
