GENERAL FUND <br />PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY PROGRAM <br />New Construction 01116520 <br />Statementof P'u'rposb,. , <br />To adopt and prudently enforce state and local building laws to facilitate building construction, <br />ensure safe occupancy, and promote an attractive environment far development. <br />New construction provides inspections of new construction, conversions, maintenance, and repair of buildings. <br />This section is the field component of the Building Division that is responsible for the enforcement of building, <br />plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, accessibility, and green building codes.
