Step 2: Dollar amounts (based on percentage) per organization were then added together = Total Dollar amount requested = $78,770. Step 3: Of this amount only $56,000.00 is available to be funded after distributing to the individual artists first, so the difference between $78,770 - $56,000 = $22,770. Step 4: This difference of $22,770 is divided evenly into the 9 qualifying organizations = $2,530 per organization. Step 5: $2,530 is subtracted from the dollar amount for each organization in Step 1 to get the final amount recommended by panel. 25C-153
