The City requires an experienced consultant to provide <br />general engineering services on an on -call, as needed <br />basis. We are qualified and available to support your needs <br />In-house, including: <br />Water and sewer infrastructure design and rehabilitation <br />Storm drain improvements <br />Sidewalks <br />Bike paths <br />Curb and gutter replacement <br />. Pavement rehabilitation <br />Traffic design and/or studies <br />• landscape and irrigation <br />Park and recreational design <br />• Grant writing <br />• Environmental planning support services <br />Planning, design, construction, and post -construction <br />phases <br />Having served the City and other public agencies throughout <br />Orange County on a variety of on -call contracts over the <br />past several years, we've established a proven successful <br />engineering approach, which we will apply to this contract. <br />Our one -team culture has conditioned us to effectively <br />support on -call assignments. Our quality management <br />program involves maintaining open and constant <br />communication between all Involved parties, assigning our <br />most qualified personnel to respective tasks when their <br />services are needed, as well as providing a single point of <br />contact for all services. <br />Our detailed scope of services and approach for Option B <br />(General Engineering) is provided in Section 2: Scope of <br />Services and Schedule, Our scope of services also identifies <br />any assumptions and/or exclusions used In preparation of <br />the scope of services and associated fee estimate. <br />.2 <br />
