<br />proposal to demonstrate how our team Is best suited to deliver the requested services and offer the following:

<br />Personnel: NV5 offersthe City a highly competent team with an unparalleled reputation and proven capability and expertise, We
<br />have chosen ProJoot Manager Charlie McKinley, PE to lead the Water Resources Option A) projects. Mr. McKinley has more
<br />than $0 years of experience In water and wastewater design engineering for both large-scale capital Improvement projects and
<br />small Infrastructure improvement projects. He has a broad range of project experience with a focus cn pipellnes; pump stations,
<br />reservoirs, slid treatment,
<br />Understanding both the project requirements and scope of work requested bythe City, we have selected Project Manager David
<br />Niknafs, PE as your team leader for project under General Engineering other then Water Resources (option 8). Mr.. Niknafs
<br />has both managed and directed similar projects throughout Southern California and has more than 30 years of civil design
<br />engineering experience with a focus on street Improvema. nts, Including rehabilitation, reconstruction, Intersection widening and
<br />parkway Improvements. He is supported by a team of highly educated engineers and designers as well as our carefully chosen
<br />sul consultants, most ofwhieh have been working with us for the past eight years, Should the need arise; our entire staff of
<br />dedicated professionals could be made avallable to be of service to the City.
<br />Resources: We are equipped with the personnel and resources requ€red to meet the, City's schedule for any projects we
<br />undertake, and we have never missed a project deadline. We are financially viable, and there are no conditions that may
<br />Impede our ability to complete the City's projects, As a part of NV5, Ina., an International company with the local personality and
<br />presence to quickly and creatively address your engineering, design, and staff augmentation needs, we have the ability toassistour clients in an expanded role with across to more than 2,000 professionals from 100 locations, All services will be provided
<br />from our offices in INIfle, located less than 15 miles from the City.
<br />Quality and Cost Control. We have a proven work plan to complete projects on three, within budget, and with minimal Impact to
<br />the surrounding businesses and reeldents, our quality, cost, and schedule control measures will result In timely and successful
<br />completion of the City's projects, This successful track record provides the basis for our quick and reasonably priced project
