<br />small Infrastructure improvement projects, fie has a broad range of project experioncs with a "focus on pipelines, pumpstations,
<br />reservoirs, and treatment.
<br />Understanding both the project requirements and scope of work requested by the City, we have selected ProJec. t Manager David
<br />Niknafs, PE as your team leader for project under Aeneral Engineering other than Water Resources (Option R), Mr, Niknafs
<br />has both managed and directed shnhar projects throughout Southern California end has more than'SO years of civil design
<br />angineeringoxperlence with focus on street Improvements, Including rehabilitation, reconstruction, Intersection Widening arid
<br />Parkway Improvements. He is supported by a team of highly, educated engineers and designers as well on our carefully chosen
<br />subconsultants, most of which have been working with us for the past eight years. Should the need arise, our entire staff of
<br />dedicated professionals could be made available to be of service it) the Clty.
<br />Resources: We are equipped with the personnel and resources Mquired.to meet the City's schedule for any projects we
<br />undertake, and we have never missed a proiact deadline, We are financially viable, and there are no conditions that may
<br />Impede our ability to complete the City's projects, As a part of NV5, Ina., an international company with the local personality and
