F. Schedule <br />Based on the scope of services and tasks identified herein, we have prepared the following project <br />schedule. We have the capacity and available resources to complete this study within this timeframe. <br />We have dedicated the necessary personnel to make the City and this study a top priority. <br />The schedule below presents a slightly more accelerated timeline than the City has stated in <br />Addendum #1 to the RFP. Please note that the cost of service report will be completed before the City's <br />September 2018 deadline. This will allow ample time for the Proposition 218 Hearing process before <br />the rate implementation date of July 1, 2019. As part of our Contract Kickoff Meeting in early March, we <br />will collaborate with City staff and management to develop a final project schedule. <br />The Midterm Review (Task VII) will be conducted in either Year 2 or 3 of the rate structure plan.
