Additional background <br />information and other details are contained in the attached Planning Commission staff report <br />(Exhibit A). <br />The Planning Commission made no changes to the ordinance outlined in Exhibit A. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />JaYV.
