0 City of Santa Ana <br />Do not send bid proposals via U.S. Mail. All proposals must be sealed and submitted <br />to the City of Santa Ana, Purchasing Division in accordance with the required format and <br />in the manner prescribed herein by the Submission Due Date. <br />A signed original bid proposal plus seven (7) copies and one electronic copy on a flash <br />drive of the proposal must be received by the City of Santa Ana, Purchasing Division no <br />later than 3:OOP.M. on Monday, October 22, 2018 for public opening. Proposers are <br />strongly encouraged to submit their bid proposals in advance of the due date to avoid the <br />possibility of missing the 3:00 P.M deadline due to unforeseen circumstances. Proposers <br />assume the risk of the methods of dispatch chosen. City of Santa Ana or OCFA assumes <br />no responsibility for any delays whatsoever caused by any courier, delivery, or messenger <br />service. Bid proposals must be date and time stamped by the City of Santa Ana, <br />Purchasing Division on time by the 3:OOP.M. Submission Due Date. in order to be <br />considered. Additional time will not be granted to • any single Proposer; however, <br />additional time may be granted to all Proposers when, at its sole discretion, the City of <br />Santa Ana or OCFA determines that circumstances require additional submission time. <br />Bid proposals sent to the City of Santa Ana, Purchasing Division via U.S. Mail, Fax, <br />or E-mail will NOT be accepted. ` No amendments, additions, deletions, or alterations to <br />submitted bid proposals will be accepted by the City of Santa Ana, Purchasing Division <br />after the Submission Due Date. Bid proposals received after 3:00 P.M. on the Submission <br />Due Date will be returned unopehed:.. <br />2.3.2 Bid Proposal Submission Instructions: Required Format <br />All bid proposals must be submitted in accordance with the following requirements: <br />A. Proposal Binders: All bid proposals must be submitted in three-ring binders, which <br />are not larger than twelve inches by twelve inches (12"x12"); <br />B.
