IAQ sampling was conducted to determine ventilation efficiency, thermal comfort, <br />total volatile organic compounds, and fungal spores. Elevated levels of carbon dioxide and <br />fungal spores were discovered throughout the property and proper mold remediation <br />recommendations were provided. <br />Professional Services Completed: 2016 <br />Project Completed: 2016 <br />Project Fee: $5,700 <br />HAZARDOUS MATERIALS CONSULTING SERVICES I LAKEWOOD REGIONAL MEDICAL <br />CENTER, LAKEWOOD, CA <br />Project Manager for an indoor air quality (IAQ) and asbestos investigation in the operating room <br />(OR) floor following concerns of mold and asbestos exposure. The OR floor consisted of 10 <br />operating rooms, 6 nurse's stations and 6 corridors.
