ENERGY <br />City of Santa Ana Police Department <br />Attn: John Aguilar / Christy Kindig <br />714-647-5008 <br />Scope of Work — Santa Ana Police Department Lighting Retrofit <br />Option A (Standard T24 Qualified) - $426,403 <br />Estimated SCE Midstream Rebate - $22,680 (not included in project cost) <br />RETROFIT CO. <br />Saying Ery p Smw' .010nay <br />Based on the review of this project, Option A includes the most cost-effective solution to replace all <br />existing 4ft and 8ft pendant mounted "directlindirect" fluorescent fixtures with a "directional" new <br />fixture Title 24 compliant lighting system. <br />• The base bid includes removing and recycling all pendant mounted 4ft & 8ft fixtures. <br />• One 2x2 LED Aleo (SLT-CD-22HE-26/840 XE 133) fixture will be installed every eight feet <br />(per photometrics) <br />• All new LED products specified are DLC Premium <br />• This lighting system includes all new wiring, j -boxes, and new earthquake tie wire <br />(assumes drop ceiling throughout the facility and no HVAC obstructions.) <br />• Per Title 24 requirements, occupancy sensors will be included in the offices that are less <br />than 250sf and conference/multipurpose area, classroom/training, and restrooms (estimate <br />149x rooms). <br />• Title 24 certification forms NRCC-LTI will be followed and engineered by a CALTCP <br />Technician for this project. <br />• Photometric calculations based off actual plans are estimated at,above 20 foot-candles <br />(see following page) <br />• Install schedule is based on manufacturer stock availability. <br />Option B (Advanced Wireless Controls) - $609,648 <br />Estimated SCE Midstream Rebate - $22,680 (not included in project cost) <br />Based on the review of this project, Option B includes an advanced lighting control system utilized <br />to replace all existing 4ft and 8ft pendant mounted "directlindirect" fluorescent fixtures with a <br />"directional" new fixture Title 24 compliant lighting system.
