<br />RECOMMENDED ACTION. Authorize the., City Manager, and Clerk of the
<br />Council to execute a month-to-month lease,,agreement with Rio West, LLC for the
<br />use of the Westend Substation, for the period;df November 1, 2018 through October
<br />31, 2019, in the annual amount of,$31,464 ($2,622 per month), and authorize the City
<br />Manager and Clerk of the, Council to execute, two -one year lease agreements,
<br />following expiration of this lease;, provided the annual lease increase does not
<br />exceed five percent, subject to non -substantive' changes approved by the City
<br />Manager and, City Attorney (AGMT.'No. 2018 -XXX).

<br />RECOMMENDED ACTIONS:
<br />1. Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute an
<br />agreement with Project Partners, Inc., to provide engineering, technical, and
<br />administrative support services, for a three-year period commencing September
<br />4, 2018, and expiring September 3, 2021, with provision for one, two-year renewal
<br />option exercisable by the City Manager and City Attorney, in a shared aggregate
<br />amount not to exceed $500,000, including any renewal, subject to non -
<br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT.
<br />No. 2018 -XXX).
<br />2. Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute an
<br />agreement with Interwest Consulting Group, to provide engineering, technical,
<br />and administrative support services, for a three-year period commencing
<br />September 4, 2018, and expiring September 3, 2021, with provision for one, two -
