All study area <br />intersections are anticipated to operate at a satisfactory LOS in the weekday a.m. and p.m. peak <br />hours and the Sunday morning peak hour with the addition of project traffic. LSA considered special <br />events and determined the effect of these events would be no greater than the analyzed Sunday <br />services. LSA examined the project access driveways and found that the driveway and gated access <br />would function adequately without interference to the arterial street system. <br /> <br />3-72
