Huizar <br />Re: Extension of Community Branding Services Agreement (A-2016-075) with North Star Designation <br />Services, Inc, <br />Dour Mr. McEachern: <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2016-075 entered into by North Star [.Designation <br />Services, Inc. and the City of Santa Ana, dated April 19, 2016, which was amended on April 17, 2018, the <br />time period of said Agreement is hereby extended for an additional two (2) month period, from October 19, <br />2018 to December 18, 2018. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover <br />this extension.
