ll LMA _ <br />m� <br />Emergency Planning and Community Right -to -Know Act <br />Ms. Kwok is responsible for coordinating and completing the field efforts for Naval Base Coronado, Naval Air Station, Lemoore, Naval <br />Base Ventura. This includes coordination with Navy client and individual base contacts, consolidating chemical inventories from facilities, <br />and inputting data on the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br />Resource Conservatory Recovery Act (RCRA) Part B Permit Renewal <br />As part of the RCRA Part B Permit Renewal for Naval Air Station, North Island, Ms. Kwok is responsible for updating out-of-date figures <br />of the hazardous waste facility. <br />Asbestos and Lead Surveys <br />Ms. Kwok was responsible for producing reports and AutoCAD figures showing results of asbestos and lead surveys. These sites include <br />Naval Air Station, Kingsville, Naval Air Station, Corpus Christi, Naval Support Facility, Beaufort, Veterans Affair Health System, San <br />Diego, and Marine Corps Air Station, Camp Pendleton. <br />ISCO Injections <br />Ms. Kwok was the Construction Quality Manager on the job site. Two former gas stations at former Naval Air Station, Alameda had to <br />undergo bioremediation to treat hydrocarbons. Daily construction quality reports that kept track of quality, progress and anomalies were <br />produced and sent to the client. <br />Groundwater Monitoring <br />Field lead for several installations at former Marine Corps Air Station, Tustin that included testing of groundwater for volatile organic <br />compounds (VOCs) and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). A presentation was also creating for the local restoration advisory <br />board (RAB) meeting, notifying residents of potential PFAS contamination in certain areas. <br />Refrigerant Management Program (RMP) <br />Ms. Kwok was responsible for monitoring compliance with California Air Resources Board's Refrigerant Management Program for the <br />company's manufacturing and R&D facilities. She trained equipment technicians on compliance software to log their usage every time <br />refrigerant was added or removed from chiller systems. <br />Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business <br />
