<br />Mr. Hochgurtel is an industrial hygienist with 30 years of experience in managing asbestos, lead and regulated material projects that
<br />involve building renovation and demolition. He has conducted pre -demolition surveys for asbestos, lead, PCBs, mercury, cadmium,
<br />hexavalent chromium, Freon and other incidental hazardous materials. He has also prepared abatement design documents including
<br />specifications and marked -up drawings for the removal and disposal of asbestos, lead, PCBs, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent
<br />chromium, Freon and other hazardous materials. He has prepared numerous Rule 1403 asbestos Procedure 5 plans for the South
<br />Coast Air Quality Management and has provided industrial hygiene surveillance and air monitoring on several Procedure 5 clean-up
<br />projects as well as many other asbestos and lead abatement projects. He has a proven track record of providing outstanding client
<br />service and has received numerous commendation letters. John also has extensive experience in working with federal and state
<br />regulators involving protection of worker health and safety and the environment. John has working knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA,
<br />EPA, Cal/EPA, RCRA, CERCLA, SARA, LUST, TSCA, AHERA, CWA, CAA, NCP, DTSC, CDPH, ARB, SCAQMD and Prop 65
<br />regulations and requirements.
