Additionally have experience acting as Operations Manager scheduling projects, <br />formulizing bids, composing specifications, writing Accident Prevention Programs, creating Health and Safety Programs and completing <br />final survey reports for determining Operations and Maintenance operations. <br />Expertise: Conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments Nationwide. Completing Asbestos Surveys and writing specific reports. <br />Managing and monitoring asbestos abatement projects and conducting Lead -Based Paint surveys.
