Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />EVENT: Domestic Violence Awareness and Education program for the public. <br />TERM: Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />1) Moises Vasquez, along with Alen Hansen and Ivan Hurtado, will perform together as <br />"Calle 4 Cuatro" and provide live musical entertainment for the Domestic Violence <br />Awareness program at the Santa Ana Public Library for the public. They will also <br />perform and play music in Spanish between presentations. <br />2) Mr. Vasquez, as part of the program, will also play music from a CD recorded by Dr. <br />Ana Nogales. <br />Mr. Vasquez will not play any music with explicit lyrics and maintain music at appropriate levels <br />throughout the event and will be responsive to City staff regarding any direction on the volume <br />of the music during this event. <br />
