13.3 Roadway Link Analysis Results <br />13.3.1 Existing Plus Project Analysis <br />Table 13-2 summarizes the results of the Existing Plus Project daily analysis for the one (1) key <br />roadway segment. The first column (1) shows the number of lanes, the second column (2) shows the <br />arterial classification and the third column (3) shows the existing LOS "E" capacity. The fourth <br />column (4) shows the daily volume, V/C ratio and resulting level of service for "Existing" traffic <br />conditions. The fifth column (5) shows the daily volume, V/C ratio and resulting level of service for <br />"Existing Plus Project" traffic conditions and indicates whether the traffic associated with the Project <br />will have an impact based on the LOS standards defined in this report. <br />Existing Traffic Conditions <br />Review of column (4) of Table 13-2 indicates that the one (1) key roadway segment currently <br />operates at LOS A. <br />Existing Plus Project Traffic Conditions <br />Review of column (5) of Table 13-2 indicates that the one (1) key roadway segment is forecast to <br />continue to operate at an acceptable service level on a daily basis with the addition of Project <br />generated traffic to existing traffic and will not have a significant impact. <br />75B-121 <br />
