The parties entered into an Agreement dated July 11, 2018 to Provide a Summer Night Lights <br />Program ("Agreement"), by which Consultant agreed to provide food, games, crafts, sports, <br />counseling and educational training during the summer months to reduce violence and increase <br />community relations. <br />B, The parties wish to amend the Agreement to increase compensation paid by Consultant to cover the <br />costs associated with use of the field lights and obtaining an amplified sound permit and to revise the <br />scope of services to include use of the lights at the El Salvador Park. <br />The Parties therefore agree. <br />1. Section 2a, COMPENSATION, is revised to change $1,293.30 to $2,502.80, <br />Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, Exhibit A, is replaced in its entirety with the attached Exhibit <br />A to include use of the field lights at El Salvador Park and obtaining an amplified sound permit, <br />3.
