The complete summary <br />appraisal reports included a valuation of the properties in the before and after condition. Some of the <br />properties are very complex and had significant severance damage analyses due to loss of building <br />Improvements, parking, loading, etc. The ultimate client Is the Riverside County Transportation <br />Authority.
