Effective Date. The provisions of Sections land 2 above shall be retroactively effective <br />as of the Agreement Effective Date. <br />4. Nonimpairment. Shoreline and Care hereby acknowledge and agree that except as <br />provided in this Amendment, the Agreement is unchanged, shall remain in full force and effect and <br />shall be binding upon the parties in accordance with its teams. <br />5. Counterparts; Electronic Execution. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, <br />each of which shall be deemed a part of an original and Il of which together shall constitute one (1) <br />agreement. Delivery of an executed counterpart of this Amendment by email or facsimile shall be <br />equally as effective as delivery of an original. Signature I ages may be detached from the counterparts <br />and attached to a single copy of this Amendment to fora one (1) document.
