Curriculum Vitae of Troy Hagen, MBA, Paramedic <br />PRESIDENT AND CEO, CARE AMBULANCE .SERVICES <br />Curriculum Vitae Overview <br />Troy Hagen is the President and CEO of Care Ambulance Service, based in Orange County, <br />CA. Troy has been involved in Emergency Medical Services since 1989. His background <br />includes: paramedic, volunteer fire fighter, reserve deputy sheriff, flight medic, tactical medic, <br />technical rescue team commander, community paramedicine, field supervisor, management, <br />and executive positions. <br />Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Master's degree in Business <br />Administration. He is a frequent lecturer and writer on EMS leadership and management <br />topics, EMS' finance, emergency preparedness, and special events planning. Troy served <br />as Medical Commissioner and Incident Commander for the 2009 Special Olympic World <br />Winter Games. <br />Troy was the 2010 Pinnacle Leadership Award Winner and was recognized for outstanding <br />dedication to improving EMS, and for his lead role in developing a white paper entitled "EMS <br />Makes a. Difference' published by the US Department of Transportation.
