Star Ballerinas class will consist of monthly sessions, 1 day per week, 50 minutes per day, 5-12yrs.old. INSTRUCTOR: Chihiro Sano LOCATION: El Salvador Center, 1825 W. Civic Center Dr., Santa Ana (714) 647-6558 BUDDY WORKOUT Working out is more fun with a buddy! This new workout class is for anyone and everyone! Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle or build stronger relationships, this class is for you! Bring a partner, a friend or a family member to get a discount. Singles are more than welcome!! Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring a towel and water to class. Get ready for 30 minutes of flan workout, warm-up and cool -down before and after. • Buddy Workout class will consist of monthly sessions, 1 day per week, 45 minutes per day, 16-70yrs.old. C. Provider shall provide all materials, supplies, equipment, records and personnel. Provider shall be responsible for clean-up of the facilities and materials and shall ensure the safety and effectiveness of instruction. CLASS SIZE A. No registration will be accepted after the second meeting of classes. B. if the minimum registration has not been reached by the second class, the class shall be cancelled. Provider will be under no obligation to provide services for the cancelled classes, and the City will have no further obligations to pay Provider compensation for the remaining classes that were cancelled in that session. CLASS FEES A. Each participant shall pay class registration fees as established by City. B. Provider may not waive class participation/registration fees. C. Only registered participants may participate in class. D. Any refunds to participants will be made in accordance with City policy. E. Any materials fee shall be established by mutual agreement of City and Provider and shall be payable directly to Provider.
