SCOPE OF SERVICES AND SCHEDULE <br />KOA's 60% submittal will consist of a PDF submittal <br />of the PS&E package to the City, <br />Deliverables <br />• Response to comments from 30% PS&E <br />• 60% Plans (PDF) <br />• It is anticipated that the project will require the <br />following plan sheets: <br />Title Sheet (1 sheet) <br />• General Notes (5 sheets -1 civil, 1 <br />channelization, 1 traffic signal, 1 landscape, <br />1 irrigation) <br />• Construction Plan (14 sheets) <br />• Channelization Plans (3 sheets — includes <br />wayfinding) <br />• Landscape Plans (4 sheets) <br />• Irrigation Plans (4 sheets) <br />• Traffic Signal and Diverter Plan (1 sheet) <br />60% Standard Special Provisions (PDF) <br />60% Cost estimate and calculations (PDF) <br />Design calculations <br />Water Quality Plan <br />Hydrology Study <br />Hydraulic Study <br />Permit applications (as needed) <br />Task 6 90% PS&E <br />6.190% PS&E <br />KOA will use comments of the 60% plans from <br />City staff and attendees of Community Meeting 2 <br />to refine project improvements along the corridor. <br />Additional coordination with utility agencies and <br />analysis will be performed as needed to ensure the <br />proper design of the project. The KOA Team will <br />produce design plans along with Standard Special <br />Provisions and engineer's cost estimates for City <br />review and a joint constructability review at the 90% <br />level of completion. <br />KOA's 90% submittal will consist of a PDF submittal <br />of the PS&E package to the City. <br />6.2 Review Meeting with City <br />KOA has allotted four weeks for various City <br />departments to review the 90% design plans, <br />Standard Special Provisions, and cost estimate. <br />After City review is complete, KOA will meet with <br />the City review team for constructability review and <br />to discuss comments and finalize the list of needed <br />improvements. KOA will keep a log of comments and <br />KLA <br />plan of action. KOA will then refine the plans for City <br />review. <br />Deliverables <br />• Response to comments from 60% PS&E <br />• <br />90% Plans (PDF) <br />• 90% Standard Special Provisions (PDF) <br />• 9D% Cost estimate and calculations (PDF) <br />• Design calculations <br />Task 7 100% PS&E <br />KOA will use comments by City staff from the 90% <br />PS&E and public outreach feedback, if any, to refine <br />project improvements along the corridor. At this <br />point, it is not anticipated that drastic changes will <br />be required of the PS&E package. The KOA Team <br />will produce final design plans along with Standard <br />Special Provisions and engineer's cost estimates. <br />KOA has allotted four weeks for various City <br />departments to review the 90% design plans, <br />Standard Special Provisions, and cost estimate. <br />KOA's 100% submittal will consist of a PDF submittal <br />of the PS&E package to the City. <br />Deliverables <br />• Response to comments from 90% PS&E <br />• <br />100% Plans (PDF) <br />• 100% Standard Special Provisions (PDF) <br />• <br />100% Cost estimate and calculations (PDF) <br />• MicroStation CADD files of plans <br />• Word document of Standard Special Provisions <br />• Excel file of cost estimate <br />Task 8 Final PS&E for Approval & Bidding <br />Upon final approval of the PS&E package, KOA will <br />provide one (1) wet -signed set of final mylar plans <br />and specifications for City record. A CD containing <br />all AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and PDF files of the <br />project will be submitted to the City. The CD shall <br />also contain all environmental forms and documents <br />of the project. KOA will provide two (2) sets of <br />half-size plans and specifications to affected utility <br />agencies. <br />16 <br />25G-71 <br />
