D. The City also agrees that if the existing employees who will be impacted by the <br />contracting out (i.e., those employees whose work will be contracted out if there is <br />an RFP accepted by the City) wish to bid for the work by submitting an response <br />to the RFP, the City will consider such response along with the other responses <br />received. <br />B.
