meet and confer with the City upon receiving bids for the Park Improvement design <br />and construction. If the anticipated costs will exceed One Million Four Hundred <br />Thousand Dollars, OWNER and City shall work in good faith to value engineer the <br />design and construction to ensure the Park Improvements are completed within the <br />One Million Four Hundred Thousand Dollar budget. <br />(c) Park Santiago Neighborhood Benefits. OWNER <br />has met with residents of Park Santiago and has agreed to provide the following <br />amenities: <br />(1) Limited access to onsite amenities in a manner to be determined <br />by OWNER as reasonably acceptable to Planning and Building Agency Executive Director. <br />(2) Amazon locker location <br />(3) Security patrol in the residential neighborhood and Santiago <br />Park <br />a. Patrol area: Project, Park Santiago and Park Santiago <br />area as depicted on attached Exhibit "H" <br />b. Type of patrol: Periodic roving security twenty four (24) <br />hours a day. <br />C. Term: 55 years subject to annual review during which <br />review it may be determined that such term shall end earlier. <br />(4) Neighborhood entry monuments will be installed by OWNER. <br />(d) Park Santiago Historic District. City shall survey <br />residents to determine community support for the designation of the Santiago Park <br />Neighborhood Association as a historical district on the City's Historical Register. <br />If, in the City's reasonable opinion, the community is generally supportive of <br />pursuing the historic register designation, Owner shall pay all costs and expenses <br />associated with processing the application, including reimbursing the City for costs <br />incurred conducting the survey and any environmental review, up to a not to exceed <br />amount of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000). <br />(e) Park Santiago Public Improvements and Traffic <br />Calming. Subject to the approval by the Executive Director of Public Works <br />Agency and the Executive Director of Planning and Building Agency and meeting <br />City design specifications and standards, OWNER shall design and construct the <br />public improvements identified below prior to final approval for occupancy or the <br />issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. Owner shall be solely responsible for all <br />aspects of the public improvements including, but not limited to, the analysis, <br />design, engineering, construction and inspection/administration of: <br />(1) Santiago Park neighborhood improvements at up to three <br />locations on Edgewood and/or Bush Street to achieve traffic calming . hnprovements may be based on <br />-14- <br />55394.00002k31553187.10 <br />75E-140 <br />
