Carvalho <br />ACTING CLERIC OF THE COUNCIL <br />Norma Mitre -Ramirez <br />Re: Extension of Agreement No. A-2106-035 regarding the collaborative arrangements in support of <br />the Santa Ana Zoo <br />Dear Ms. Decker: <br />Pursuant to Section 12 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2016-035, entered into by Friends of Santa <br />Ana Zoo ("FOSAT ), and the City of Santa Ana, dated March 1, 2019, the time period of the Agreement is <br />hereby extended for an additional two (2) year period, from March 1, 2019 through February 28, 2021. The <br />insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
