(Kunzman) is a California Corporation headquartered in the City of Orange that specializes in <br />transportation and related services for governmental agencies and the business community. The certified SBE firm has 16 <br />highly qualified personnel with experience throughout southern California at the regional, local, and individual project level. <br />The experience of the firm's personnel in transportation and related services for new planned communities, as well as <br />established areas provides the special skills necessary for determining imaginative, practical, and meaningful solutions. The <br />firm was established in 1976 by William Kunzman, P.B., and since then, the firm has completed over 5,000 studies for over <br />1,000 clients. Kunzman provides on-call services to the Cities of Anaheim, Loma Linda, Newport Beach, and Palm Springs, <br />and has extensive experience in the City of Costa Mesa, including the recently completed ArgoTech Project Traffic Study Peer <br />Review. Kunzman will be handling the City's traffic studies for small projects. <br />Founded in 2000, Urban Crossroads, Inc. (Urban Crossroads) is a California "S" Corporation and certified Small Business (SBE <br />#48585) and a leading provider of traffic, air, and noise consulting services. Urban Crossroads serves both public and private <br />sector clients to provide forecasting, analysis, and design for all modes of transportation. Urban Crossroads recognizes the <br />importance of delivering a timely work product that satisfies the regulatory requirements while communicating with clients <br />throughout the process. Urban Crossroads provides a full range of traffic services that include traffic impact analysis, traffic <br />engineering, travel demand modeling, simulations, and many other traffic related services. In addition to these services, <br />Urban Crossroads actively maintains expertise with the latest analytical tools for long-range forecasting models, intersection <br />level of service analysis methodologies and traffic simulation. Urban Crossroads currently provides on-call traffic <br />engineering services to Rancho Santa Margarita and recently completed traffic, air, GHG, MRA, and noise analyses forthe <br />Pomona Valley Transfer Station Project In Chino Hills and a Traffic Study for the City of Yorba Linda Town Center Specific <br />Plan. Urban Crossroads will be handling the City's traffic studies for large projects. <br />4. Relevant/Related Experience <br />FCS has prepared environmental documentation for more than 1,500 projects in the last five years, Including more than 500 <br />projects in southern California and over 120 projects in Orange County.
