Art will be your Project Manager and <br />primary point of contact. Throughout her career, Chris has worked <br />with large and small-scale organizations, with a focus <br />on strategic and master plans, facility development, <br />and fiscal management and funding alternatives. Her <br />experience includes open space and park planning, <br />public process facilitation, Board/Council relations, <br />organizational needs analysis, public and alternative <br />funding, and policy research and development. Chris, <br />along with her staff in the City of Boulder, was the <br />initial creator for the Pyramid Methodology. She <br />has been speaking at various state, regional, and <br />national associations, training seminars, agencies, and <br />conferences for nearly 40 years. Chris will devote 20% <br />of her time to this project. <br />Danny Hopkins, MBA, Project Consultant <br />Danny is passionate about the Parks and Recreation <br />field and each community in which he has worked. <br />He has tailored his unique governmental experience <br />to that community's specific taste, demographics, <br />expectations and resources. Finding the balance <br />between these competing interests is important for <br />long-term success. The primary ingredient for that <br />success is cultivating quality relationships with the <br />stakeholders. The underpinnings of his management <br />style are based on the beliefs that employees are the <br />most valuable resource to an organization and that <br />open communication and understanding are vital to <br />the success of an organization.
