Siemens shall provide the extension of its Maintenance, Monitoring, Repair and Support <br />Services (Siemens Service Program), at the City of Santa Ana, per this scope of services <br />document. <br />2. Term shall commence on August 1, 2017 and expire on July 31, 2018 and include systems at <br />the following locations (but not limited to): <br />a. Santa Ana City Hall, 20 Civic Center <br />Plaza <br />b, Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse <br />Building, 411 West 4th Street <br />c. Santa Ana Police Department, 60 Civic <br />Center Plaza <br />d. Santa Ana Library, 26 Civic Center Plaza <br />e. Santa Ana Civic Center Area, including <br />street lights (7) <br />f. Orange County Courthouse 751 W. <br />Santa Ana Boulevard <br />g. Robert Thomas Building, 10 Civic Center <br />Plaza <br />h. Everest College, 500 W Santa Ana Blvd <br />L State Building, 605 Santa Ana Blvd <br />j. Federal Building, 34 Civic Center Plaza <br />k. City of Santa Ana Jail, 62 Civic Center Plaza <br />I. Downtown Communications and Camera <br />Systems (Code Blue/ Cameras) <br />m. Roosevelt Community Center <br />n. Garfield Community Center <br />o. Madison Park <br />3. Services agreement shall provide Software Maintenance Agreements for the following <br />applications: <br />a. Milestone XProtect Software Upgrade Program (SUP) <br />b. Sureview Immx Software Annual Support and Maintenance (ASM) <br />c. Hiperwall Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) <br />d. Health Monitoring SaaS Maintenance Agreement (SMA) <br />e. Lexray User Licenses (subscription) <br />4.
