INSURANGE NQT ON FILE A-2019-042 <br />WORK MAY KQI PROCEED <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATEMAR 18 2019 <br />® .w CGjP� QI FIRST AMENDMENT TO NON-EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT <br />'ro PROVIDE CARNIVALS A,r crry PARKS <br />THIS FIRST AMENDM ENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on March 5, <br />2019, by and between Fiesta de Carnival ("Promoter"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city <br />and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement #A-2018-019, dated February 6, 2018 ("Agreement"), <br />by which Promoter agreed to provide carnival events at various City parks. The <br />agreement is for a team of two years. <br />B, The parties wish to amend the Agreement to provide the dates for the 2019 carnival events at <br />the specified City Parks and to reflect the current venue/license fee for those locations, <br />C. The patties also wish to amond certain other references in the Agreement to reflect current <br />City operations. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1.
