b. City shall contact Consultant to provide quotes for new or additional services, as detailed <br />in Consultant's proposal, and provide written confirmation to Consultant to commence <br />work. The parties agree and understand that any services which may increase the <br />compensation section detailed in Section 2.b. of the Agreement is subject to approval by <br />the City Council. <br />2.
