Huizar <br />Pursuant to Consultant Services Agreement A-2016-297 ('Agreement"), entered into between 1-1dl- <br />Software LLC: ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana ("City"), dated October 18, 2016, the Term <br />of the Consultant Services is two (2) years commencing January 1, 2017 and ending December 31, <br />2018, with a one (1) year extension option exercisable by the City. The City herewith exercises this <br />option. Accordingly, the term of this extension shall begin 12 a.m. on January 1, 2019 and end oil 12 <br />a.m. January 1, 2020. The insurance certificates required pursuant Section 8 of the Agreement shall <br />be required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
