Carvaiho <br />ACTING CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Norma Mitre -Ramirez <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Terns") of Agreement No. A-2017-125 dated June 1, 2017, and amended by A- <br />2018-124 and A-2018-187, entered into by Valley Maintenance Corporation and the City of Santa Ana, the City <br />hereby exercises its first one (1) year optional extension. The Agreement is hereby extended for a one (1) year <br />period, from June 1, 2019 through May 31, 2020. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or <br />renewed to cover this extension.
