<br />Leighton Consulting Inc. (Leighton), a California corporation, has a 54-year history providing geologic and geotechnical
<br />services to the public sector. The firm has 175 employees in eight southern California locations, including the firm's Irvine
<br />headquarters. Leighton has managed successful on -call contracts with many public agencies in southern California, including
<br />the Cities of Newport Beach, Santa Ana, Mission Viejo, Anaheim, Diamond Bar, Corona, and Los Angeles; Orange and Los
<br />Angeles Counties; Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles; Caltrans; and Orange County Transportation Authority. With over
<br />five decades of southern California experience, Leighton has either worked on a site or very near it, giving the firm an

<br />Hydrology/Water Quality Studies and Water Supply Assessments
<br />KWC Engineers (KWC) is a civil engineering, planning, and surveying firm (S-Corporation) that specializes In planning,
<br />engineering, and construction services. The firm provides a unique combination of civil engineering, surveying, planning, and
<br />agency outreach services and provides strategic consulting services Including due diligence, land planning, entitlements, design
<br />drawings, and construction. Since the firm's inception in 1981, KWC has completed over 2,000 projects for numerous private
<br />and public clients throughout Southern California. The KWC team consists of 20 professionals and Includes eight Registered
<br />Professional Engineers, seven Engineers -in -Training, and two Licensed Surveyors. Located in Corona, the firm is less than an
<br />hour away from the City's administrative offices. Recently, the firm provided hydrology/hydraulics services to support the Yorba
<br />Linda Estates Project in Yorba Linda, the Santiago Canyon Project in the City of Orange, the South Coast Plaza Project in Costa
<br />Mesa, the Anaheim Garden Walk Project in Anaheim, and the University Research Park project. in Irvine.
<br />Utility/Sewer Studies
<br />Epic Land Solutions, Inc. (Epic) is a full service Disadvantaged Business Enterprise/Women-owned Business Enterprise/Small
<br />Business Enterprise (DBE/WBE/SBE) real property/right-of-way consulting firm, founded In 2000 as a California Corporation.
<br />Epic has been performing work in Southern California for more than 16 years. Epic performs all projects in accordance with
<br />state and local policies and procedures, and with the Federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real property Acquisition
<br />Policies Act when applicable. Epic's appraisal group performs work in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional
<br />Appraisal Practice, and works independently within the Epic organization to ensure complete objectivity and impartiality for
<br />all appraisal opinions and conclusions. Epic serves a wide range of clients, including cities, sanitation and water districts,
<br />counties, school districts, utilities, airports, energy companies, redevelopment agencies, and transportation and joint power
<br />authorities. The firm recently completed removal and/or relocation of utility facilities necessary to clear right of way for the
<br />115-395 Phase I Project for the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority and is currently conducting right of way
<br />Impact analyses to support the EIR/EIS for the California High Speed Rail Burbank to Anaheim Corridor.
