Out-of-pocket expenses, including but not limited to, travel, messenger service, reprographics, <br />lodging, meals, blueprint, reproduction, and photographic services: Cost, as charged to FCS, <br />plus a 10%administrative fee. <br />2. Subcontractors' fees: Cost, as charged to FCS, plus a 10%administrative fee. <br />3. Passenger Cars: $0.545 per mile. <br />4. Four-wheel drive vehicles: $75.00 per day ($0.545 per mile). <br />S. Reprographic/Printing Services <br />Black & White prints (8.5 x 11-11 x 17) $0.06 to $0.12/page <br />Color prints (8.5 x 11-11 x 17) $0.75 to $1.25/page <br />See Reprographics Fee Schedule for additional services/charges (provided upon request). <br />6. Records checks: Fees vary by facility and project. <br />7. Museum curation: Fees vary by city and project. <br />8. Cultural resources storage%oration of fossil and artifact collections: Cost, as charged to FCS. <br />9. Per Diem: Fees charged at the USA Federal (GSA) Rate. Lodging surcharge may apply in high rate <br />areas. <br />10.
