EXHIBIT 3 <br />EXHIBIT "ill <br />OPTIONS <br />This Exhibit āJā consists of the following Schedules; Schedule 9ā¢1" (Extension Opllon[s]); Schedule 9ā¢2" (Additional Space Opdon[s]); and <br />Schedule "J.3" (Determination of FMRR), all of which are incorporated herein by this reference. Notwithstanding anything tope contrary In this <br />Leaser (a) all of the rights and options of Tenant than are described In this Exhibit "J" (collectively, the "Options") are nod shall be personal to he <br />Original Tenant, are not lransfarnble and may only be exercised by the Original Tenant (and not by any assignee, sublessee or other Transferee or <br />Tenant's interest in this Leasc), and (b) the Extension Option and Right of First Offer may be exercised only on ilia condition that, at the applicable <br />time, the Original Tenant then occupies the entire Premises.
