2I <br />the decedent or the estate not now known or discovered, shall <br />distributed as follows: <br />(1) Tm 0A1 4. ' ski-'16, surviving spouse of <br />decedent, the cash remaining in the estate after payment of <br />and expenses of distribution, as income during probate. <br />(2) The following real property located in the <br />of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California: <br />The north 16 acres of the southeast quarter of the <br />northeast quarter of Section 16, Township 5 south, Range <br />10 10 west, S.B.B. & M. <br />11 Exception therefrom an undivided 13/21st interest in a <br />12 pumping plant and pipeline located on said land. <br />18 to PAULA J. SMITH, surviving spouse of decedent, without <br />14 requirement of a bond, IN TRUST, for the following uses <br />15' purposes: <br />16 A. During the lifetime of decedent's wife, PAULA <br />17 J. SMITH, all of the net income of the trust estate shall be <br />18 distributed to her or applied for her benefit, in semi-annual, <br />Intl or more convenient, installments. <br />20 B. Upon the death of decedent's wife, the Trustee <br />21 shall apportion the trust estate, without being required to <br />22 make a physical segregation thereof, except to the extent <br />23 necessary to make distribution, in equal shares, as follows: <br />24 One share for each of decedentrs then living children and one <br />25 share for the then living issue of each deceased child of <br />26 decedent. Each share allocated to a living child of decedent <br />27 shall be distributed to such child, absolutely and free of <br />28 trust.
