P. <br />STATEMENT OF CONDITIONS <br />The mobile home park aesthetics needs improvement from public view. <br />Landscape areas inside the park could use improvement. The roadways throughout <br />the park had some cracks. Some violations were observed such as: inoperable <br />vehicles, improper storage, unpermitted and substandard work, damaged and <br />substandard decking, patio covers, siding and skirts.
